The difference is that a circumcised penis is cleaner and looks nicer and an uncircumcised one *can* get dirty easily and infected if not washed *properly*. I mean my boyfriend was uncut, yet washed everyday and it still got infected. This is because he didn’t properly wash. He used soap under the foreskin and didn’t rinse it out. In result, he got an inflammation and had to be circumcised when he was 17 (He’s 22 now).

well kudos for a woman who wants to be Illustrated and don’t remain ignorant.
a)there is wet,rather waxy stuff between the foreskin and the head to prevent rash when moving/sliding.
b)it usually goes,wash out,rinsed by pissing so it doesn’t remain there.
c)however at the bottom or in between the interior creases,the mix of urine left drops and “cheesed” wax may accumulate after a day or two(same as underwear)so rinsing with water thoroughly is the sensible 2do or it becomes uncomfortable and smelly,more than dirty underwear.
